HANOVER, N.H. – The Yale baseball team began the final regular season series on a high note, routing Dartmouth 18-4 on the road. The Bulldogs recorded season-high totals in runs and hits to earn the crucial, series-opening win.
With the victory, Yale improved to 28-12 overall with a 14-5 record in the Ivy League. With two regular season games remaining, the Bulldogs can clinch a share of the conference title with Columbia if they can win both contests. Dartmouth dropped to 11-23 overall with an 8-11 mark in Ivy play. The Big Green can secure a berth in the conference tournament with one win against the Elis on Sunday in the doubleheader.
