HANOVER, N.H. – Entering the weekend, the Yale baseball team needed a three-game sweep to clinch a share of the Ivy League regular season title. The Bulldogs delivered in emphatic fashion, defeating Dartmouth in Sunday's doubleheader to capture their first conference crown since 2018. Yale secured a share of the title alongside Columbia and earned the right to host the Ivy League Tournament, which will take place May 16–19.
The duo of
Colton Shaw and
Daniel Cohen pitched the Bulldogs to the doubleheader sweep, while the Yale offense continued to produce at a blistering pace. The Bulldogs routed Dartmouth 19–0 in the first game and sealed the championship with a 10–1 victory in the finale.
Yale wrapped up the regular season with a 30-12 record overall, its third-highest win total in program history. The Bulldogs tied with Columbia atop the conference standings with a 16-5 record in Ivy League play.
Game 1 – Yale 19, Dartmouth 0
Key Performers
- Shaw was nearly unhittable on the mound. The senior captain took a no-hitter into the eighth inning. He finished the game tossing 7.1 innings, allowing one walk and one hit, striking out seven.
- Tommy Martin went 2-for-3 with a grand slam. He drove in six runs total.
- Jack Dauer reached base six times, hit a home run, and drove in three runs.

- Cohen gave the Bulldogs an excellent start on the mound. The junior tossed 6.0 innings while only allowing one run and three hits.
