HANOVER, N.H. – The Yale women's track and field team opened up the 2025 indoor season and made a statement by winning the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia Meet Saturday at Leverone Field House. Yale earned 79 points to take the top spot, while Dartmouth finished in second place with 57 points and Columbia finished third with a score of 42. Additionally, sophomore
Victoria Guerrier's time of 1:12.57 in the 500m, when converted to account for the flat track, is a school record 1:11.66. Full meet results can be found

The Bulldogs:
- The sprinting events featured many wins for Yale. Sophomore Lucija Grd, who earned first place in the 60m hurdles, was just 0.02 away from breaking her own school record of 8.56 seconds. Sophomore Juliette Kosmont, who owns Yale's 60m dash record, took first place in that event with a time of 7.61 seconds. Captain and senior Dominique Romain won the 200m with a personal best time of 25.59 seconds.
- Yale also swept the middle distance events. In the 400m, Yale took the top four spots. Junior Molly Harding won the event, with seniors Bridget Vitu and Peyton Parker and first year Anjali Yella following closely behind. Sophomore Victoria Guerrier set a personal record of 1:12.57 in the 500m (a school record 1:11.66 when converted for the flat track) on her way to first place in the event, and sophomore Gloria Guerrier finished right behind her with a time of 1:13.04. Junior Carmel Fitzgibbon won the 800m in a blistering 2:06.58, crossing the line nearly four seconds in front of the next finisher. The 1k featured a four-second personal record from senior Iris Bergman on her way to a time of 2:53.85.
- In the distance events, sophomore Hebe Chadwick took second in the mile after the race got off to a quick start. In the 3k, Yale grabbed the top two spots. Junior Charlotte Whitehurst won the event and made a statement with a personal record of 9:36.03, while first year Zoe Martonfi finished next with a time of 10:04.17.
- The upperclassmen ruled the day in the weight throw as senior Makayla Harris and junior Ivy Pete earned the top two spots. The underclassmen throwers were a force in the shot put, where first year Anna Siciliano and sophomore Emma Peretti finished third and fourth respectively.
- Junior Makayla White earned a personal record in the high jump with a mark of 1.50m, or nearly five feet.
- Yale's 4x400m relay also clocked the fastest time of the day, winning in 3:45.30 to wrap up a busy day of racing.
