2022-23: Started Yale career with fourth-place finish in 500m at Yale Season Opener... Finished third place in 400m at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet... Set new personal record of 25.46 in 200m at Boston University Scarlet and White Invitational... Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships, placing 15th overall in 500m; was also member of 4x400m relay which placed fifth... Qualified for and competed at 2023 Indoor ECAC Championships in 400m...Placed second in 400m at HYOC meet... Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track & Field Championships; set new personal record in 400m to make final of competition and then set another personal record to place eighth overall; was also member of 4x400m relay team that placed sixth... Competed in long jump at Yale Last Chance meet.

Glastonbury: All-conference, all-state, All-New England, All-American accolades... Won multiple CT state and New England Championships... Track captain junior and senior years indoor/outdoor (2020-22)... Four-year varsity field hockey player... Two-time all-conference and all-state in field hockey... Field hockey captain senior year... Led team in goals scored for three years... Played lacrosse and started on varsity team in 2019 before switching to compete in track.

Notes: Has a twin brother, Matthew Harding, who is a member of men’s lacrosse team at Yale.

Outside of track: Enjoys playing golf, skiing, cooking and spending time with family.
