NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale softball team secured the season sweep over Harvard with an 11-6 victory over the Crimson at 5K Corral Field. The Bulldogs improved to 6-14 overall and 3-0 in the Ivy League, while Harvard fell to 9-10 overall and 0-3 in the conference.

Scoring Summary
- B1 | With two runners on, Libby Peoples knocked a single to center that scored the first run of the game. In the next at bat, Sam Goodcase singled to right field that scored Yale's lead runner and Peoples. The Bulldogs added another run on a Katie Donahey single to left field to increase their lead to four.
- T2 | Harvard snagged a run on a sacrifice fly.
- T3 | The Crimson split Yale's lead in half with a solo home run to center field.
- B3 | The Bulldogs offense caught fire in the bottom half of the inning. After three Bulldogs reached base, Isabella Fortini knocked in two runs with a single to center. Carolyn Skotz gave Yale a five-run lead. Lauren Perren ripped a double to left center that scored Fortini and Skotz, putting the Bullodgs up by seven. With two outs, Goodcase repeated her first inning at bat with a single to drive in Yale's 10th run. The home side added one more run to their dominant inning and led by nine.
- T4 | Harvard responded right away with three runs on four hits to come within six.
- T7 | Harvard added a run on a groundout, Meredith Henderson shut down the Crimson offense to help lead Yale to victory.

- This was the first time ever in the three-game series era that the Bulldogs have swept the Crimson. They swept Harvard in the two-game series model in 1986, 1990, 1993, and 1994.
- 11 runs are the most the Bulldogs have scored in a game this season and the most since their April 12, 2023 game against Hartford last season.Â
- Nine runs batted in were a team-high for the season.
- Meredith Henderson secured her first collegiate win in the circle.
