Roxanne Garceau joined Yale Athletics in September 2023 as Assistant Director for Development and was promoted to Director of Annual Giving in May 2025.
In her role, Garceau leads the planning and execution of Yale Athletics’ annual giving campaign, managing all components—from email and text solicitations to donor challenges. She also oversees a new volunteer management platform to support and engage a network of class volunteers, while closely tracking campaign performance to optimize outreach strategies. Additionally, she manages the annual communications calendar, coordinating emails, mailings, and volunteer initiatives to drive year-round engagement and philanthropic support.Â
Prior to joining Yale, Garceau served as the annual fund coordinator for the 12
th Man Foundation. Her responsibilities included assisting in solicitations, communications, and events for annual fund donors. Additionally, she also assisted in the premium seating operations at Texas A&M venues including Kyle Field.

Garceau is a 2021 graduate of Gannon University where she was a member of the women’s golf program. She went on to earn her graduate degree in sport administration from the University of Miami in 2022. At Miami, she served as a graduate assistant in development where she assisted in the execution of premium hospitality, Hurricane Club stewardship and benefits fulfillment.
