Mary Boudreau

Mary Boudreau joined Yale Athletics in January 2023 as Assistant Athletic Director, Marketing. In her role, she oversees the department’s external marketing, fan engagement, and community relations.
 
Boudreau comes to New Haven from the University of Hartford, where she served in the same role for five years. At Hartford, she oversaw student engagement and all outbound marketing efforts and created annual brand campaigns including graphic design packages for print collateral, in-game graphics, and social media graphics.
 
Prior to joining Hartford, Boudreau spent four seasons at Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport with the American Hockey League’s (AHL) Sound Tigers (now known as the Bridgeport Islanders) as a partnership marketing coordinator and a group sales representative.
 
At Bridgeport, she fulfilled all contract assets for sponsorship partners including hard signage, digital presence, and in-person activations, worked on the team that created annual sales and marketing campaigns as well as managed the promotional schedule. She served as the primary contact for all communications to premium seat holders.
 
A 2013 graduate of the University of Connecticut (UConn), Boudreau earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She went on to earn a master’s degree in sports management from the University of New Haven in 2015 and a master’s degree in management from the University of Hartford in 2020.
