BJ Adamchik joined the Yale staff in the spring of 2025. He works primarily with the football and fencing teams.
Adamchik previously worked as a sports performance coach for Acceleration Sports Performance in Naperville, Ill., in 2024 and interned with the Northwestern football team (2023) and The Strength Feed in Raleigh, N.C. (2022).
Adamchik graduated with a degree in exercise science from North Central College, where he played football, in December of 2023 before beginning a Masters in Sports Leadership. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association with his CSCS and has his CPR and AED training through the American Heart Association.
Adamchik is originally from Raleigh, N.C.
