Bella Wills

Bella Wills joined the Yale staff in the summer of 2025. She oversees the Kiphuth Exhibition Pool and the training pool in Payne Whitney Gymnasium. She also oversees the onboarding and training of Campus Recreation part-time employees.

Prior to joining the Yale staff, Wills spent a year as the aquatics and risk management coordinator at Austin Peay State University. She oversaw the pool, staff training and safety procedures/documentation.

Wills received her B.S. in psychology in 2024 from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She enjoys most things water-related, including white water rafting and kayaking. She also enjoys visiting new places and hiking.
