Why Yale? “I chose Yale first for its rigorous academic reputation, and second for its deeply rooted tradition. Because of the history of the institution itself, along with the stellar success of the women’s swimming and diving program, I knew this was the place where I could bloom as an intellectual, athlete, and person. These things, along with the character of our coaches and the heart of my team, set Yale apart.”
Personal: Older sister Sophie was captain of the 2018-19 Yale women’s swimming team.
