- College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-American Team
- Earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District
- Finished third in the 100 and 200 breaststroke events at Ivy League Championships
- Finished third in the 100 and 200 breaststroke, and the 200 IM at the HYP meet
- Won 200 breaststoke and 200 IM against George Washington
- Won 200 IM versus Penn and Dartmouth
- Won 200 breaststoke and 200 IM against Cornell
- Won 200 breaststoke and 200 IM at the SMU Invitational
- Won 200 breaststoke and 200 IM against Columbia
- Won the 100 breaststroke versus UMass
2022-23:
- Captured the 200 and placed second in the 100 versus Brown
- Won the 100 freestyle versus Southern Connecticut
- Won the 100 and 200 breaststroke versus UMass
- Won the 200 individual medley and the 200 breaststroke in the HYP meet
- Placed third in the 200 individual medley and second in the 200 breaststroke versus Cornell
- Won the 100 and 200 breaststroke and placed second in the 200 individual medley in the Penn-Dartmouth meet
- Placed second in the 100 and 200 breaststroke in the Ivy Championship
- Recipient of the Jecko IM team award
- Scholar All-America
2021-22:
- Competed in the 200-freestyle relay team that posted a time of 1:32.28, an all-new Kiphuth Pool record
- Won the 100 and 200 breaststroke versus Columbia
- Won the 200 breaststroke versus Brown
- Won the 100 and 200 breaststroke at the Penn-Dartmouth meet
- Placed second in the 50 freestyle versus Cornell
- Won the 200 breaststroke in the HYP meet
- Took second in the 200 breaststroke in the Ivy Championship
- Second Team All-Ivy
2020-21:
- Season canceled due to pandemic
Before Yale:
- New York state runner up in the 100-yard breaststroke at Irvington High School
- New York Section I champion in 100 breaststroke and 200 individual medley
- 2020 Most Outstanding Athlete in Section
- Holds the Section record in the 200 IM
- 2019 All-America selection as part of the 200 freestyle relay
- Earned All-America consideration in 100 breaststroke, 200 IM and 200 freestyle relay in 2020
- 2020 Lohud Westchester/Putnam Girls Swimmer of the Year
- 2019, 2020 Rivertowns Enterprise Girls Swimmer of the Year. Swam for Empire Swimming
- Senior National qualifier in the 100 and 200 breaststroke.
Personal: National Honor Society member… High School Peer Leader.
