2015: Co-recipient of the team’s Andy Van Etten Coaches Award, which is bestowed upon the player who represents the ideals of Yale Softball that go beyond statistics… Appeared in 10 games, including making seven starts.

2014: Recipient of the Andy Van Etten Coaches Award, bestowed upon the player who represents the ideals of Yale Softball that go beyond statistics… Appeared in 19 games.

2013: Tied for fourth on team with four doubles… Recipient of team’s most improved player award… Raised her batting average by 45 points from her rookie season… All four of her doubles came in Ivy play… Added six RBI in 20 league games… Had five multi-hit games… Went 2-for-4 and knocked in three runs against Dartmouth.

2012: Started 43 games, the most of any freshman… Tied for fifth on the team with 11 runs scored… First career hit was a double against Lehigh…  Had a career-best three hits in the first game of a doubleheader against Cornell… Finished with five multi-hit games… Longest hitting streak of the season was four games. 

Off the Field:

• Worked the past two summers at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, WA doing research on the gut microbiome related to human health and nutrition
• Regularly volunteer at the Blessed Sacrament Sunday Soup Kitchen, helping to prepare meals for underprivileged and homeless individuals

Before Yale: Batted .526 in 2010 for Holy Names Academy… Two-time all-state and first team all-region selection… Team MVP in 2010… Helped Holy Names to four Seattle Metro League titles… Holy Names finished second in the state in 2009… Played club softball for Washington Triple Threat and was the team’s co-captain in 2011… Named to the all-tournament team at the 2008 NAFA Summer Nationals.

Personal: Recipient of a Washington State Honors Award and a President’s Award for Educational Excellence.
