Biography

2015: Tied for the team lead with six doubles… One of only three players to start all 34 games… Had a team-best 10-game hitting streak in the middle of the season… Reached base in 15 straight games… Five of her six doubles came in Ivy League play… Batted .286 in 19 Ivy games… Knocked in five runs in the doubleheader at Hartford.

2014: Led team with five home runs and 20 RBI… Five home runs tied for the ninth most in a season in school history… All five of her home runs came in Ivy League play… Had nine RBI in the final five games of the season… Had a career-high four hits against Bryant.

2013: Tied for second on the team with five doubles and was third with three home runs… Finished the season with a .376 slugging percentage… Her first career home run came at Cornell… Had at least one hit in six of her last eight games… Hit .500 (2-for-4) as a pinch hitter.

2012: Started 33 games, mostly as the designated player… Sixth on the team with four doubles and eight RBI… First career hit was a two-run double in the season-opener against South Dakota… Went 3-for-5 in the doubleheader with Army.

Off the Field: 

  • Intern with the San Juan Preservation Trust based out of Friday Harbor, WA working with land owners to preserve the natural beauty of the San Juan Islands through conservation easements and both public and private land acquisitions
  • Works in the Yale University Athletic Department at Yale Football and Yale Men''s Hockey games
  • Certified lifeguard, including CPR and first-aid certifications

Before Yale: Batted .475 with 39 RBI as a senior at Anacortes High School… Belted seven home runs as a junior… Two-time first team All-Area and second team Northwest Conference selection… Helped lead Anacortes to three district titles… Team finished fifth in the state championships three times… Played club softball for the 18-Gold Mosquito squad based out of Federal Way, Wash... Mosquitos won 2010 USSSA state championship.
