2023-2024: Opened up Indoor at the Yale season opener with 2:23.58 to win the 1k... At Y-D-C raced in the mile placing third... Won the 800 at the Giegengack Invitational in a time of 1:50.84... At the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships placed fifth in the final of the 800 and backed it up with fourth in the DMR... Placed fourth at the IC4A Indoor Championships in the 800m... Began Outdoors at the UCF Knights Invite runing 1:49.22... Set an 800 PR at the Wake Forest Invite of 1:48.84 to move to fifth on Yale's all-time list... At the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships placed third in the 4x800.

2022-2023: In cross country, competed at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown... Opened his indoor season with a 500m PR at the Yale Season Opener, running 1:06.18. Went on the place 13th overall in the 800m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, before helping the 4x800m team to a 6th place finish. Outdoors, ran a season's best time of 1:49.90 at the UConn Northeast Challenge. Placed 12th overall at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships and formed part of the 8th placed 4x800m team. 

2021-2022: In cross country, finished eighth in the Sub Varsity Section of NEICAAA 2021 Cross Country Championships, running a personal best over 8000m with a time of 26:21.6…Finished eighth at 18th Annual CCSU Mini Meet with a personal best over 5000m with a time of 15:09.3... In indoor track, opened up to win the 1000m at Yale Season Opener with a time of personal best time of 2:27.12…Ran 1:53.17 for 800m at David Hemery Valentine Invitational…Made the podium at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships for the 800m, running a time of 1:52.78…Doubled by running a leg in the 4x800m to help the Bulldogs finish sixth at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships…Closed his indoor season running 1:52.83 for 800m at IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships…In outdoor track, opened up his season at Raleigh Relays, running 1:52.91 for the 800m…Finished fifth at UConn Dog Fight Invitational in the 800m, running 1:53.39…Finished second in the 800m against Harvard, running 1:51.73, and later anchored the 4x400m relay to a first-place finish…Finished 11th at Virginia Challenge, running 1:50.63 for 800m…Made the podium at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a third-place finish in the 800m, running 1:52.77, and later anchored the Bulldogs in the 4x800m relay to a fourth-place finish…Finished 10th in the 800m at Princeton Elite Invitational, running 1:49.55 for No. 8 all-time at Yale…Named Yale’s Most Outstanding Middle Distance Runner.
