2024-2025: Did not compete during cross country... Did not compete during indoor and outdoor track.

2023-2024: Opened up at HYP in a 6k PR of 18:39... Ran 25:48 at Leigh Paul Short Run... Achieved a new 8k PR of 25:42 at the IC4A XC Championships... Started the indoor season with a 1k PR of 2:27.45 at Y-D-C... Followed up with a mile PR of 4:10.28 at Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White meet... At Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships was a part of the 4x880y relay team which placed fourth... Opened up outdoors with an 800 PR of 1:52.34 at UCF Knights Invite... At UConn Northeast Challenge set a 1500 PR of 3:51.21 to place first.

2022-2023: Opened his Yale cross country career at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, running a 8k PR of 26:19.2... Began his indoor season by winning 3000m at Yale Season Opener before later going on to run PRs in mile and 1000m at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia and IC4A meets, respectively... Outdoors, ran a new 800m PR at UConn Dog Fight before notching a new 1500m PR at Mark Young Invitational. 

High School: Mike Janda Scholar-Athlete Award... Billy Schmidt Award... All-league for track anf field and cross country... WCAL Champion for 1600m and 3200m.

Personal: Enjoys playing chess, climbing, keeping up with the world of science, and spending time with friends and family.
