2019-20: Finished sixth in 100 butterfly and 12^th in the 200 butterfly at the Ivy League Championships.

At USC: Enjoyed a successful sophomore campaign, finishing the year at the 2019 Pacific 12 Championships and the 2019 NCAA Division I National Championships. At the Pac-12 Championships, placed seventh in the 100-yard butterfly (22.91), ninth in the 200-yard butterfly (1:55.59) and 22nd in the 50-yard freestyle (22.91). In the prelims, set personal records in the 100-yard butterfly (52.19) and the 50-yard freestyle (22.86). Tycz's personal best in the 200-yard butterfly (1:54.89) was set in a meet against Fresno Pacific in November. At the NCAA Division I National Championships, competed solely in the two butterfly events. Finished 33rd in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:56.75 and 39th in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 52.68.

High School: Attended Brunswick High School where she was the first four-time female prep All-American from Maine and was named the Outstanding Performer of the 2016 Maine state meet.
