CARY, N.C. – Orly Ogilvy and Leena Friedman of Yale women's tennis opened competition at the ITA All-American Championships on Monday, falling in a tight doubles qualifying round of 32 matchup against No. 37 Valeria Ray and Bridget Stammel from Vanderbilt.
 
The Commodores claimed the opening set 6-4, but the Bulldogs battled back to take the second 7-5 before narrowly falling in a marathon third set, 13-11.

The pair will complete play in a consolation match on Tuesday, Sept. 23 at 2:30 p.m against Oklahoma.
