Alyssa Anderson kicked off the UMass Multi Meet on Wednesday, competing in the first day of the heptathlon. After four of the event's seven disciplines, White sits in second place with 2,760 points, while Anderson ended the day with 1,689 points.
White earned her spot near the top with strong performances across the board—taking second in the 100m hurdles (15.44), third in the high jump (1.48m), and third in the shot put (10.75m), before closing out the day with a victory in the 200m, clocking 25.99. Full results can be found
