CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Yale softball team dropped both games of a doubleheader to Harvard, falling 9–3 and 3–1. With the losses, the Bulldogs moved to 18–22 overall (6–9 Ivy), while the Crimson improved to 19–8 (8–4 Ivy).
Game 1: Harvard 9, Yale 3
- B3 | After two scoreless innings, Harvard opened the scoring with a solo home run to center field. Maya Douglas added to the lead with an RBI single to right. (Harvard 2, Yale 0)
- T4 | Ella Cross reached base after a hard-fought at-bat, then advanced to third on a stolen base and an overthrow. Katie Donahey brought her home with a single to shallow center. (Harvard 2, Yale 1)
- B4 | The Crimson responded with a three-run home run from Sophie Sun and a two-RBI double to center from Douglas, extending the lead. (Harvard 7, Yale 1)
- T5 | Yale answered with two runs in the fifth, courtesy of an infield RBI single from Ella Gandolfo and a sacrifice from Maddie Latta. (Harvard 7, Yale 3)
- B5 | Harvard capped the scoring with a two-RBI single to regain a six-run lead. (Harvard 9, Yale 3)

- T1 | SJ Mull and Isabella Fortini reached base early to give Yale an opportunity, but the Bulldogs were unable to capitalize.
