DURHAM, N.H. -- The Yale gymnastics team competed at a tri-meet hosted by the University of New Hampshire on Sunday afternoon. The Bulldogs scored 194.325, placing second behind the host school.
UNH topped the field with a score of 194.700 followed by Yale and Brown (192.100). The Bulldogs topped the 194-point mark for the second consecutive weekend.
Notable Performances
- First year Ellie Kearns dazzled in her floor routine, scoring a season-high 9.900, tied for the second-best score at the meet.
- Classmate Hailey Kriz tied for the top score in vault with a 9.775. She topped her previous best of 9.750 in the event.
- Gigi Sabatini was the top overall performer in the all-around, registering a 38.750.
Meet Notes
- The Bulldogs topped the competition in bars with a 48.575. Sophomore Lauren Luu was the team's top performer for the third time this season, registering a 9.775, which tied for the second-best score.
- Kriz was Yale's top performer in both vault and beam.
- Floor continues to be Yale's best event. The Bulldogs have topped the 49-point mark three times this season.
- Yale topped its GEC rival Brown in every event at the meet.
