Bargman Scores 50th Career Goal to Lead Bulldogs Past Dartmouth

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Senior Anna Bargman scored her 50th career goal to lead the Yale women's ice hockey team to a convincing 5-2 win over Dartmouth on Friday night at Ingalls Rink. Five different Bulldogs tallied scores, resulting in three crucial points in the ECAC Hockey standings.

With the victory, Yale improved to 14-10-2 with a 9-9-1 mark in conference play. With just three contests remaining, the Bulldogs are currently in position to host a first-round ECAC Tournament game. Dartmouth dropped to 4-18-3 overall, with a 2-14-3 conference record.

  • P3, 9:08 | After the Bulldogs won a faceoff in the attacking area, the puck was passed back to Levering, who fired a shot on goal. Her attempt was deflected into the back of the net by Bargman for Yale's fourth goal. 4-1 YALE
  • P3, 9:33 | Just 25 seconds later, Yale struck again. Ray forced a turnover near the blue line and skated into Dartmouth territory. She used one deke to evade a Big Green defender and fired a wrist shot beating the goalie to the glove side. 5-1 YALE
  • P3, 10:04 | Dartmouth tallied the final goal of the game, scored by Kenzie Bachelor. 5-2 YALE

  • Yale extended its win streak over Dartmouth to 14 games, dating back to 2017.
