Bulldogs Tally Seven Runs in Extra Innings to Complete Weekend Sweep of Queens

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Yale baseball team scored seven runs in the top of the tenth inning to seal a 10-3 victory and a weekend sweep over Queens University. The Bulldogs tied the game in the ninth inning on an RBI single from Kaiden Dossa and then followed up with a tenth-inning rally to improve to 3-0 this season.

  • Tommy Martin hit his first home run this season in the fourth inning.
  • Chace Chaplin drove in three runs to lead the Bulldogs.
  • The Yale pitching staff was once again fantastic. Ben Winslow started the game for the Bulldogs, throwing 2.2 innings of shutout ball.
