NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's tennis team took down Boston University at home Saturday, defeating the Terriers, 6-1.
The Bulldogs won at the No. 2 and 3 spots to take the doubles point, with the duo of
Mirabelle Brettkelly and
Shyla Aggarwal winning a tiebreak on Court 2 and
Julia Werdiger and
Angela Huang winning 6-3 on Court 3.
Yale continued its momentum in singles, taking five of six matches.
Orly Ogilvy led the way with a match-tiebreak triumph at the No. 2 spot, with Werdiger (No. 3),
Erin Ha (No. 4),
Rebecca Lynn (No. 5) and Huang (No. 6) all winning in straight sets.
