ITHACA, N.Y. – The Yale men's swimming and diving team picked up another win on Monday, taking down Cornell by a score of 181.5 to 118.5.
The Bulldogs improved to 6-0 and 5-0 in Ivy League action.
Notable Performances
- On Sunday, the divers got the Bulldogs off to a strong start in the two-day meet. Nicholas Chau won the 1M dive (317.78), and Jackson Lipscomb won the 3M dive (328.58).
- The 200 yard medley quartet of Lucius Brown, Charlie Egeland, Nick Finch, and Deniel Nankov won with a time of 1:28.98.
- Arshak Hambardzumyan won the 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 9:23.66 and the 500 yard freestyle (4:33.74).
- Noah Millard finished first in the 200 yard freestyle (1:36.85) and the 200 yard backstroke (1:44.24).
- Egeland won the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:58.93.
- Finch finished first in the 100 yard butterfly (47.43).
- Nankov won the 100 yard freestyle (44.84).
- The 400 yard freestyle relay quartet of Finch, Jake Wang, Nareg Minassian and Millard won with a time of 2:58.51.

Looking Ahead
Yale will return home to Kiphuth Exhibition Pool for its tri-meet against Harvard and Princeton on Friday, Jan. 31 through Saturday, Feb. 1. Prior to the meet, the Bulldogs will honor their seniors for their contributions to the program.
