Bulldogs Take Down Penn, Dartmouth

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's swimming and diving team made a splash to start the 2025 portion of their schedule and during the program's 50^th anniversary celebration weekend. The Bulldogs picked up a 194.00-106.00 victory over Penn, and a 222.00-78.00 win over Dartmouth.

Yale improved its overall record to 6-0 and Ivy mark to 4-0. It also marks 104 wins for Robert J.H. Kiphuth Coach Jim Henry in the past 11 seasons.

Key Results

In Friday's diving events, Paige Lai won the 1M dive (297.05) and placed second in the 3M dive (274.15).
Yale's 200 yard medley relay quartet of Devyn Sargent, Jessey Li, Alex Massey, and Caroline McCurdy kicked off Saturday's swimming events with a win, finishing at 1:42.57.
Mabel Koff had a stellar day, picking up wins in the 200 yard freestyle (1:52.35), 200 yard backstroke (1:59.04), and 200 yard IM (2:04.47).
Jessey Li won the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 1:02.87.
Massey picked up wins in the 200 yard butterfly (2:01.72) and 100 yard butterfly (55.75).
Yale's 400 yard freestyle relay quartet of McCurdy, Sargent, Lily Neumann, and Massey closed out competition in style with a win, finishing at 3:29.01.
