Box Score JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Yale baseball team dropped the series finale to North Florida 3-1 on Sunday afternoon, completing a weekend sweep for the Ospreys. The Bulldogs fall to 0-3 overall early on, while North Florida improves to 4-3.

How it Happened

• Bottom 2 | The Ospreys tallied three runs thanks to an extra base hit by Drew Leinenbach.
• Top 9 | Davis Hanson reached on an error which scored Tommy Martin, giving the Bulldogs their first run of the game.

Game Notes

• Reid Easterly pitched well for the Bulldogs, tossing five innings while allowing two earned runs. 
• Tate Evans was fantastic in relief, pitching the final three innings of the game while striking out seven. 
• The Bulldogs were held to two hits. Hanson and Chace Chaplin picked up base knocks for the Elis.
