NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's swimming and diving team continues to roll. The Bulldogs improved to 7-0 overall and 5-0 in Ivy meets with a 199-101 win over Cornell at Kiphuth Pool.
Alex Massey and
Ava Franks were both double winners for Yale. Massey won the 200 butterfly (1:59.26) and the 200 backstroke (2:00.82), while Franks captured the 200 breaststroke (2:12.02) and the 200 individual medley (2:00.37).
Other individual winners for Yale were
Caroline Riggs in the 1000 freestyle (9:54.97),
Vivian Weng in the 200 freestyle (1:49.33),
Quinn Murphy in the 100 backstroke (55.27),
Jessey Li in the 100 breaststroke (1:00.64) and
Lilly Derivaux in the 500 freestyle (4:50.43).
The Bulldogs also captured the 200 medley relay,
In the diving,
Paige Lai (323.5) won the 3-meter event, and
Hayden Henderson (293.03) was the winner in the 1-meter.
