How It Happened
- It was a tic-tac-toe finish for the Bulldogs' first goal at the 16:27 mark of the first period. As Claire Dalton entered the offensive zone, she slid the puck over to Carina DiAntonio, who laid a pass down for Charlotte Welch to rip top shelf for the goal.
- Yale's second goal came at the 8:46 mark of the second frame. A heads up play from Jordan Ray found Anna Bargman crashing the net. Bargman found the tip and made it 2-0.
- It was Ray and Bargman again on the Bulldogs' third goal. Standing near the blue line and on the opposite side of the ice, Ray found Bargman, who sauced a backhanded shot to the top right corner for the goal.
