It was a memorable Ivy League Round Robin for senior
Safi Haider, who finished in a tie for second place in epee. Haider had a 7-3 record in the two-day event, trailing only Eliot Herbst of Penn, who won nine of his 12 bouts.
Yale also got a strong performance in epee from
Ted Vinnitchouk, who tied for sixth place after posting a 7-5 record.
In foil,
Allan Ding was Yale's top finisher, placing ninth. In saber,
Charlson Kim placed 11th
In their only bout of today, the Bulldogs, who are ranked 11th in the nation, fell to No. 8 Penn 16-11.
