Carly Diehl added 38 assists as the Bulldogs blanked the Bobcats 3-0 at the John J. Lee Amphitheater.
Yale finished 2-1 in the tournament with the only loss coming to ACC power Syracuse.

Erin Appleman.
Gigi Barr had 13 kills and
Maile Somera added 22 digs in a well-balanced effort from the Bulldogs.
"I'm excited to see us get good contributions from everyone," Appleman said.
Yale won the opening two sets with little resistance. The third set proved a little more challenging. Trailing 20-13, the Bulldogs won 12 of the next 13 points to secure the victory.
The set scores in the match were 25-11, 25-18 and 25-21
Barr and Somera were both named to the all-tournament team.
The tournament marked Yale's first competition since 2019 due to the pandemic.
"It felt incredible to be back in the gym, hear the crowd," Appleman said. "I couldn't be happier to be having a season."
Syracuse knocked off Hartford 3-0 in the first match of the day. The Orange won all three matches in the two-day event.
The Bulldogs are back in action next weekend at the Stony Brook Invitational. They play the University of St. Thomas on Friday at 6:30 p.m. and then meet Stony Brook (noon) and Tarleton State (4 p.m.) on Saturday.
