HYP Meet Set for Saturday, Sunday

Bulldogs Looking To Remain Undefeated

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Yale women's swimming and diving team will compete in the annual HYP meet this weekend. The meet against the Bulldogs' two biggest rivals, Harvard and Princeton, will take place at Princeton's DeNunzio Pool. The first session is set for Saturday at 6 p.m. followed by the second session on Sunday starting at noon. ESPN+ video and live stats are available for the meet.

The Bulldogs have won the meet in each the last four years. In fact, Yale's last loss in a dual meet came at the 2015 HYP meet.

The Bulldogs enter the meet with a perfect 7-0 overall record and are 4-0 in the Ivy League, including a victory over Cornell in their most recent meet on Jan. 18.

Princeton is ranked No. 22 in the CSCAA national poll. The Tigers are 7-1 overall and 5-0 in Ivy meets. Princeton's only loss came at Rutgers in mid-November.

Harvard also is 5-0 in Ivy meets. The Crimson (5-1 overall) suffered its only loss at No. 17 Duke in the first meet of the season.
