The Yale women's swimming and diving team capped off a strong performance vs. Southern Connecticut by winning both diving events at Kiphuth Pool on Friday.
Samantha Ho was the winner in the 3-meter diving, posting a score of 268.95 points.

In the 1-meter,
Marisa Conner placed first with 293.85 points. Yale had the top three finishers.
In the swimming events on Thursday, the Bulldogs recorded the top time in every one of the 22 events.

The Bulldogs swept the freestyle events. Sophomore
Olivia Paoletti (10:39.10), sophomore
Alessandra Baldari (5:03.83) and captain
Kendall Brent (1:55.03) won the 1000-yard, 500-yard and 200-yard freestyle, respectively. First-year
Ophelia Pilkinton placed first in the 100-yard freestyle (53.24) and sophomore
Raime Jones won the 50-yard sprint (24.89). Jones also took first in the 200-yard backstroke (2:05.15).

The other three individual events on the day were 200-yard events. Senior
Cha O'Leary won the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:10.67, and junior
Cate Sawkins placed first in the 200-yard butterfly (2:09.39). Senior
Bebe Thompson recorded the top time in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:32.93).

Yale is now off until Jan. 11 when the Bulldogs host Penn and Dartmouth.
