Box Score

HANOVER, N.H.  Kaitlyn Rippon scored the goal and Tera Hofmann stopped all 20 shots as the Yale Women's Hockey Team improved to 3-0 with a 1-0 victory over Dartmouth at Thompson Arena.

Rippon, a sophomore forward who notched her second career tally, one-timed a crossing pass from Greta Skarzynski at 4:19 of the second period. Emma Seitz picked up the second assist on the game-winner.

"I thought we played a strong team game and weathered a lot of penalties on our side, while both teams had great nights from their goaltenders," said Mark Bolding, Yale's Susan Cavanagh Head Coach. "A strong road win with contributions from everybody."

Hofmann, the senior netminder, made a number of quality stops to earn her fourth career shutout.

The Bulldogs skate against Harvard Saturday at 3 p.m.
